Harbourfest, a beloved community festival from the 90s, is returning to Red River Road this summer. Hosted by the Waterfront District BIA, the event aims to bring the community together, support local businesses, and showcase the continued growth and vibrancy of the downtown waterfront area.

Harbourfest is packed with fun, featuring a dog contest, fashion show, hot dog eating contest, Battle of the Buskers, live entertainment, vendors, family activities, and so much more!
